International House - Good Example of Brutalist Architecture

This dormitory for foreign students is a good example of Brutalism, according to Inga Saffron's column in the Philadelphia Inquirer, 2/10/19, at pp. J1, J9. Her article says it was designed by the architectural firm of Bower & Fradley in 1968.
