In the late 1970s, famed counter-culture guru/ Unicorn Killer Ira Einhorn lived here. He had killed his girlfriend, Holly Maddux, and stuffed her body in a trunk in his apartment, where it was found by police detectives 18 months later. If I remember correctly, he had the rear apartment on the second floor.
