I found this place while doing research for extracurricular activities during a business trip to Chicago. Unfortunately, I could not get out to it. But it sounds great. It is described as a lovable dive bar with a model/toy train hobby shop on the second floor, and you have to go through the bar to get to the stairs to the shop. Reports online say it is a pretty good train store.
