Comments : There is some old information that repeats itself in many real estate listings online, and you have to go through the cached feature on your browser to get it. For ex., it is at http://www.pahomesforsale.com/engine/listing_search/standard/13/en/. Here is the information from that listing, which appears to be from 8/10/24: "Seller is highly motivated and will review all offers with a quick response and fast settlement is possible. Here is a once in a life time opportunity to own the house that Bob Marley the Reggae superstar lived while he was living in Delaware. This was around 1966 and his mom Cedella Booker was the owner the house. I was able to find the original deed to when Bob Marley's mom sold the house in the late 1970's. There are also photos of Bob leaning on a hood of a car with the house in the background. Another picture is of him with a soccer ball across the street in front of the park. Several web sites also show this as his address. Just do a search for Bob Marley in Delaware and you will find these pictures and other information. I was told the family owned another house and I believe it might be adjacent to this house. It has a full mural painted with a Bob Marley tribute. This house needs work but could make a good rental. Either way you are buying a piece of Delaware history that should be preserved!"
