Franklin Institute, Philadelphia History (Atwater Kent) Museums were here.

This magnificent building, designed by famed architect John Haviland, housed the Franklin Institute at one time, as well as the Philadelphia History Museum, aka the Atwater Kent Museum, because of a contribution by A. Atwater Kent, the radio manufacturer.. The latter has closed and a court is trying to decide the fate of its 100,000 valuable historical artifacts. See, for ex., the Stephan Salisbury-authored article in the Philadelphia Inquirer, 2/28/22, pp. A1, 7.
