Indy Driver George Doc MacKenzie's Home?

There is documentation on the Web that this was once the home of an olde-time doctor, Doc MacKenzie. There is also documentation that George Doc MacKenzie, 1906-1936, a race car driver who died from a crash at Indy, was from Eddington and although he came from a family of physicians, he never finished medical school himself because he pursued racing instead. Does anyone know whether this is the house where he grew up?
